🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🧾 What You Can Return

You’re welcome to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags still attached

🚫 Items We Can’t Take Back

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Undergarments or bodysuits

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, just reach out and we’ll check availability for you. We’ll process your exchange once your original item arrives back with us.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll pop your refund back to your original payment method. This usually takes 5–10 business days. Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the item was faulty.

📬 How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at austti@outlook.co.nz with your order number and what you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions and our NZ return address.

  3. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days. Send us a quick photo and we’ll sort a replacement or refund right away — no stress.
